A one time janitor at Shook Elementary school in Marshfield will escape jail time after he admitted to inappropriately touching a student at the school in 2009.

Philip Ingalsbe had a ten year sentence suspended, but he will be on supervised probation for five years, have no contact with anyone under 18 except for family members. He must serve ten days shock time in the Webster County jail, and must register as a sex offender.

He pleaded guilty to a single count of child molestation.
