Absentee Voting Underway In Missouri Primary
JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) -- Voting is officially getting underway today for Missouri's primary election.
It's the first day that registered voters may cast ballots for the August 7th party primaries.
Missouri law requires people voting absentee to meet one of several conditions.
One of the most commonly used is an expectation of being absent on election day. Other conditions include being incapacitated by illness or disability, or caring for someone else who is confined for those same reasons.
