Springfield Cardinals Beat Tulsa 5-1

The Springfield Cardinals scored four run in the top of the first, and it turned out that was all they needed in going on to a 5-1 victory over the Drillers in Tulsa.
The Cards and the rest of the league will have the next three days off for the All-Star game.
The double A-Cardinals are two games above .500 at the break, 39-37.
The return to action Friday at Hammons Field to begin a three game series against the Frisco Roughriders.
First pitch is 7:08.
Friday night is also fireworks night at Hammons Field.
