Doctor's Murder Trial in Arkansas Delayed
Mountain Home, Ark. (AP) - The trial of a man accused of killing a prominent doctor in Mountain Home has been postponed.
Gary Parks' lawyer says he wanted the delay to check out the story of a potential new witness in the case.
Parks is charged with fatally stabbing his stepfather, Dr. David Millstein, in 2006.
