Ag Secretary In Arkansas Stepping Down On June 30th
(AP) - The Arkansas Secretary of Agriculture says he plans to step down from his job at the end of the month.
The governor's office says that Richard Bell plans to leave his office on June 30th.
In a letter to the governor, Bell says he has accomplished the work he set out to do when he was appointed more than seven years ago.
He also cited health reasons in his letter.
