Arkansas Lottery Approves Revised Vendor Deal

(AP) - The Arkansas Lottery Commission has approved a contract revision with its instant ticket vendor.
The revision will save the commission about $430,000 per year.
The vendor, Scientific Games will also pay $2 million to the commission as a goodwill gesture.
