A man who shot at troopers during a high speed chase between Fort Leonard Wood and Rolla will go to prison for 30 years.
Officers say Cody Willcoxon used a fake ID to try and get onto the Fort Leonard Wood army base, then led a high-speed chase through Rolla - firing close to a hundred rounds along the way.
