Groundbreaking For Mercy Children's Hospital
A red letter day for Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
Ground is being broken today for the new Children's Hospital.
The hospital will be the first phase of children's services.
According to the hospital, there is a floor by floor plan for construction - some slated to be finished by December of this year, others will be completed in the spring of 2013.
