Two Pounds Of Meth Found In Vernon County
Authorities in Nevada busted a couple from Kansas City with two pounds of meth, valued on the street at over $100, 000.

On April 9, 2012 the CNET Drug Task Force was able to keep two pounds of Meth from being distributed in this area.
This drug arrest started from an investigation initiated by a CNET Drug Task Force Agent at a residence in this area.
After a month long investigation of this case,two arrests were made at the Wal-Mart parking lot yesterday evening.
In custody and pending formal warrants is a female from the Kansas City, Kansas area and a male from the Kansas City, Missouri area.
The two pounds of Meth as it is, has an estimated street value of $100,000 to $120,000. After the Meth is stepped on, meaning adding products to the Meth, it will turn into four pounds and it will double the street values from the original estimated value.
The CNET Drug Task Force is made up of Sheriff Offices from surrounding counties including, Vernon County, Bates County, St. Clair County, Cedar County and Dade County.
