Man's Death From Central Arkansas Believed Homicide
(AP) - Garland County authorities say the death of a man found in his home in Pearcy is now being investigated as a homicide.
Lt. James Martin said Friday that the body of 45-year-old Frank Huneycutt was found Thursday night in his home after a friend asked deputies to check on Huneycutt. Martin said the friend called the sheriff's office after being unable to contact Huneycutt for several days.
Martin says the body was sent to the Arkansas State Crime Lab where a preliminary examination leads investigators to believe that Huneycutt is a homicide victim. Martin declined to say what the examination revealed or what the suspected cause of death may be.
