How To Spend More Than $200 Million
(AP) - Officials from around Missouri are preparing to hold a series of public meetings around the state to discuss how officials plan to use nearly $200 million from a national settlement with large banks.
A forum is being held today in Columbia.
The money will be used to help borrowers who lost homes through faulty foreclosures, who are struggling to pay their mortgages or people whose property is worth less than they owe.
