Death Row Inmate In Arkansas Again Before High Court
(AP) - The Arkansas Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in the case of a death row inmate convicted in a double murder.
Attorneys for Timothy Howard are challenging the DNA analysis that led to Howard's conviction in 1999 in the deaths of Shannon and Brian Day.
The court will hear arguments today, no word on when a ruling will come.
