Springfield City Council To Mull Repeal Of Smoking Ban
Another smoking issue has made it to Springfield City Council, and this one has the potential to reverse last year's city-wide ban.
An initiative petition is up for first reading at tonight's Council meeting. The public will be allowed to address the issue there.
In two weeks, Council is scheduled to vote on whether to do away with the ban, or put the choice on the ballot in June.
