The Missouri auditor has released his findings in an audit for the Springfield School District. At Central High School. The report includes 14 areas for concern that include a self funding medical plan, using the same underwriter to handle the sale of bonds without competitive bid, and problems with the way Hickory Hills School was sold to a private developer.
