Pulaski County (Arkansas) Schools In Fiscal Distress
(AP) - The State Education Board has placed the Pulaski County School district in fiscal stress, saying the district must immediately cut nearly $13.6 million from its $170 million budget for the coming school year.
The state took over the state's third largest district last year because of all of its financial irregularities.
