3000 Arkansas Soldiers Not Deployed

Three thousand Arkansas national Guard Soldiers will not be going overseas to Afghanistan.

Many soldiers are happy that they will be able to stay home with their families.

The troops will still remain in the Army's pool of available units for deployment for most of the year.
