Pet Food Being Collected For Buffalo City Pound

The PetSmart on South Glenstone in Springfield is the drop-off site today if you can help the Buffalo City Pound and Home For Life Cat Sanctuary with food.
Earlier this week, pound director Lynn Payton says someone stole all the dog food, leaving 45 animals with nothing to eat. She says they had to scrounge around and find food until the next shipment came in.
While they were waiting for that shipment, Home For Life Cat Sanctuary stepped in and helped feed the animals.
Payton says there was no forced entry into the pound, and she feels they will never know who took the food.
