No Charges Over Death Of Man Found In Hot Tub
(AP) - Prosecutors in central Arkansas say they won't file charges in the death of a man whose body was found next to a sleeping meteorologist in an unfilled hot tub.
Prosecutors say they didn't find criminal behavior led to the death of Dexter Williams last year.
Authorities have said Williams' body was discovered in a hot tub with former TV meteorologist Brett Cummins in September. Cummins has since resigned from Little Rock television station KARK.
He was not charged with any wrongdoing.
Cummins' attorney didn't immediately return phone messages left Friday.
Authorities say a medical examiner ruled that Williams , who was 24-years-old died from asphyxia, or a lack of oxygen.
Drugs were also found in his system.
