Springfield Councilman Ibarra Resigned

Springfield councilman Nick Ibarra has resigned, sending a letter to mayor Jim O'Neal.
In the letter, Ibarra says he can no longer procrastinate dealing with the issues of his personal life and that he's tried to band-aid those for many years now.
He asked the mayor to consider his full resination as Zone 1 Councilman, effective immediatley.
Ibarra was recently arrested and charged with a felony after allegedly pointing a gun at his wife New Years.
He is also being investigated in a road roage incident from Thanksgiving day.
