Springfield Councilman Charged For Threatening Wife With Gun

Springfield City Councilman Nick Ibarra has been charged with unlawful use of a weapon, a felony.
Greene County Prosecutor says Ibarra pointed a loaded pistol at his wife and threatened to shoot her and himself.
Officers were called out to Ibarra's home on west Huckleberry Sunday afternoon on reports of a domestic disturbance. He was then booked into the Greene County Jail for unlawful use of a weapon.
