(MissouriNET) - Leaders at a hospital in Joplin say an unexpected donation by Bank of America will go a long way to help their rebuilding efforts.
Mercy St. John's Joplin President/CEO Gary Pulsipher says BofA donated $100,000.
Officials at the bank say they were inspired by how St. John's has found ways to move forward, despite its main hospital getting destroyed in a tornado.
