Judge Rules Drug Case Can Go To Trial
January 6th is when a man charged with selling drugs to an undercover cop is to be in court again.
A Greene County judge has ruled there is enough evidence to put Travis Dibben on trial.
And the judge says while the officer's testimony differs from what was secretly recorded on tape, that can be considered at trial.
Dibben wants to open a comedy club in downtown Springfield.
The drug deal supposedly went down in March 2010, but charges were not filed until two months ago.
Between those two points in time Dibben managed to get a business loan from the city for his proposed club.
