New Home Built For Underinsured Father of 4 In Joplin
After several months of rebuilding in Joplin families are putting their lives back together. An organization is providing a helping hand. More about this humanitarian effort is provided from this press release.
On Monday the 12th a Joplin father of 4 will be given the keys to enter his new home for the very first time because of the efforts of Gold4Joplin.
Tyler Padgitt, a pastor from Springfield, Mo and spokesman for Gold4Joplin says, “This is the very best Christmas present we can give this family after the home was destroyed on May 22nd by the tornado. We hope this will be an example of the homes we can build through strategic partnerships and fund through donated gold.”
The homes is valued at $155,000 but through the efforts of HelpJoplinRebuild.com and over 30 different Christian groups the home was placed on the existing foundation for only $70,000.
