(AP) - St. Louis city leaders will meet Tuesday with protesters involved in the Occupy St. Louis movement to try and resolve a dispute over how long protesters can stay at a downtown park.

Mayor Francis Slay's office says the meeting is scheduled for 3 p.m. at the downtown convention center.

Slay and other city leaders want the protesters to leave Kiener Plaza.

A few dozen people have been camped at the park for the past several weeks as part of the nationwide Occupy movement.

Last week, Slay said on a blog that the occupation was starting to draw complaints.

He also cited the approaching cold weather and the need to use the park for holiday events.

Occupy St. Louis responded on its website that Slay is catering to business leaders.
