Attorney General Says No Conflict Of Interest

(AP) - Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster says there's no potential conflict of interest for him in a pending state lawsuit against a pharmaceutical company.
Several groups of lawyers from around the country, including some who have given thousands of dollars to Koster's re-election campaign, are vying to represent Missouri in a lawsuit against GlaxoSmithKline.
Koster says he was investigating the company before he received the donations, and that he won't ultimately select which firm gets the case.
