Prosecutors in Greene County say a man who made the request for someone else to kill his girlfriend's husband has been given a 25 year prison sentence. Court testimony pointed to Jeff Bloom asking Rusty Amos to kill Stephen Rash. It was Amos who cut the man's neck at a home on Chicago Street in Springfield . Four others including Rash's wife have also been convicted for their roles in the December 2008 murder.
