Laclede County Crash Kills Tennessee Man
A crash on I-44 in Laclede County has killed a man from Bethel Springs, Tennessee.
State troopers say Vernon Lowrance lost control of his truck, striking a rock embankment and catching fire.
The crash took place near the Stoutland exit.
Lowrance was 60.
