Crashes Slow Traffic On I-44 East Of Sarcoxie

A bad crash on I-44 near the 31 mile marker has been slowing down traffic near Sarcoxie.
The crash was first reported to involve a semi and another vehicle. That crash shut down both of the westbound lanes just before noon.
The Highway Patrol says at one time, there were three seperate crashes in the area in both the east and westbound lanes.
