Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum was in Springfield this morning, speaking at Missouri State University.
Santorum says one of the problems with the new federal health care law is the way the government is involved in the industry. He says because of the new changes, people also think they shouldn't have to pay as much to get their health care.
