Neosho Schools To Build Tornado Shelter
(AP) - The Neosho School district is making plans to build a nearly 14,000 square foot tornado shelter.
The shelter would go up at the high school and would be strong enough to hold about 2,000 people and withstand an EF-5 tornado like the one that devastated Joplin in May.
