KC Man Accused Of Fatally Shooting Mother-In-Law
(AP) - A 27-year-old Kansas City man is charged with shooting his mother-in-law to death.
Jackson County prosecutors on Tuesday charged Michael S. Tittone with second-degree murder and armed criminal action in the death of 52-year-old Pamela J. Groves at a home where they lived.
Police reports say Tittone told police he shot Groves after she hit him during an argument.
The Kansas City Star reports that the victim's daughter - Tittone's wife - and another person were in the home at the time but were not injured.
Online court records do not indicate that Tittone has an attorney.
