Paying for waste water service in Springfield could get a little more expensive, come next fiscal year. City Council votes on the issue at tonight's meeting.
The City says it's getting more and more expensive to comply with environmental mandates. Leaders say this proposal will help combat that by raising rates gradually over a six-year period.
