Missouri Cuts Back Amount of Time for Unemployment Benefits
Some states are having to cut the number of weeks that laid-off works can get unemployment benefits. Missouri joins Arkansas and Michigan in reducing the amount of time that will be
paid, as a way to limit tax increases on businesses. States usually provide 6 months of benefits . Missouri has drop that number to 20 weeks.
