The Missouri House has approved a measure to move the state's presidential primary date and require presidential candidates to produce copies of their birth certificate.

The bill moves the state's presidential primary from February to March.

The measure would also require presidential candidates to submit birth certificates to the Secretary of State to prove they're natural born citizens.

The bill heads back to the senate for consideration of House changes.
