Springfield Hires New Deputy City Manager

The position of Deputy City Manager of Springfield has been vacant since the retirement of Evelyn Honea back in May but beginning October 4th that position will be filled again. Fred Marty will bring his expertise to the table to address a series of needs which include city development and leading the Public Works Department.
