Man Confesses To Springfield Murder 6 Yrs Ago

Murder charges have been filed against a man who shot another man in Springfield six years ago. Police say Eric Fairburn turned himself in to authorities in Indianapolis over the weekend. They say he confessed to killing William McDaniel at a home on Turner Street in May of 2004. He's now awaiting extradiction back to Missouri.
