Infant Back With Mom

A two month old child is safe,back with its mom, after being found near a dumpster in Willow Springs. Police say the woman and her boyfriend got into an argument.  He took the child, and police found the baby a short time later. The child is O-K, the boyfriend is on the run facing several charges, including child endangerment.
