For the second day in a row, the Ozarks was hit by heavy rainfall and flooding. No areas escaped the wrath of Mother Nature. From Polk County to Stone County, Webster County to Barton and Japser Counties, there were flood warnings and some tornado warnings, although no touchdowns reported.
