Pond Overflows in Subdivision

No one was hurt as flood waters rose in the Christian County subdivision of Ozark Heights. Darrell Collard and his family watched the water from a nearby pond creep over its bank, up their driveway and into the house.  A mudline was the watermark on the garage door. Collard's son, Conner says the water was kneedeep in the back yard. His dad blames clogged drain pipes for the flooding along 24th Street.  Cathy Braun lives across the road, and says the water flowed into her garage and  a big black snake floated in.
