  Winter has not been good on my body. I am out of shape and have gained weight. I was thinking about starting to jog. BUT.....I have bad knees-( too much gymnastics) I am a whiner, and I get shin splints.

• LED Bulbs Recall!

  If your not home when you read this, print it off and take it home then check those bulbs in your lamps, and lights. Some LED bulbs are being recalled because they might overheat during use and catch fire. This is what you need to look for they are 6,8 and 9 watt bulbs which are the equivalent to 40 and 50 watts.
