Weekend Update for May 16-18

I have your weekend plans! Ready? Go!!!   -{{Hugs}}  Summer


Blackberry Smoke takes the stage at 8 pm at the Gilloiz Theater. Tickets begin at $20.00

Branson for Wheels for Freedom Car Show  9 am to 6 pm. The Falls Shopping Center. Vendors, daily prize drawings and a military display. Tickets are $5 dollars per couple.

Camp Ritter Family Group Camping Weekend- May 16 and 17.  Camp out in your camper, trailer or tent. Includes canoeing or kayaking , catch and release fish, dutch oven cooking and geocaching, plus hiking and more. Admission fee is $10 per person per night. Under 6 years are free. (833-8923)

Geocaching clinic at Ritter Springs Park begins at 1:30 to 3:30. Includes basic skills, guidelines and permits. $8.00

Little Acorns- "Tree"mendous Trees learn about the trees at the Nature Center starting at 1:30 pm

Springfield Cardinals VS Arkansas Travelers. First pitch at Hammons Field is 7:10.

Teen Friday Night at the Library Station 6- 8. Open to those in 6th grade to 12. Free


Arts in the Park at Wilson Creek National Battlefield thru June 14. the MSU Civil War Army Band plays for FREE

Armed Forces Parade begins at the Branson Landing Promenade at 11 am. It's FREE

Saturday afternoon at the Movies. Silent Comedy Greats begin at the Library Center at 2pm. Buster Keaton's the "Cameraman" will be shown. You can bring a snack. Open to all ages.

Trail of Tears Remembrance Event at the City of Battlefields' Cherokee Trail of Tears Park. Numerous guest speakers will participate in the weekend event   which starts at 9 am.

White Water Opens!  Summer begins broadcasting at 9 am. Doors open at 10 am!

Stomp the Blues out of Homelessness Blues Festival! Chesterfield Village from noon to 10:30. Tickets are $22 dollars. Money raised benefits the homeless or near homeless  neighbors and bring awareness to homeless in the Ozarks.
