Whatcha gonna do this weekend? Here is a list of some fun family activities- Enjoy- Summa


Bowl for Kids Sake- Presented by the Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks. Bowling is at the Battlefield Lanes. - 889-9136

First Friday Art Walk- a self guided tour from 6-10 pm in downtown Springfield!  Babysitting at the YMCA

Indoor winter National (Racecars) at the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds. Doors open at 6 pm with entry fee $15.00 at the door. Family passes are $44 dollars

Hy-Vee Health bash. The Wellness Bus will be at the Hy-Vee parking lot both Friday and Saturday. Cholesterol screenings available from 8 am to 11 am . Cooking demonstrations.


The Art of Woodcarving at the Springfield Nature Center. The fun is open for kids and adults ages 12 and older. It's FREE but registration is required  888-4237

Moxie Mornings begin at the Moxie Cinema at 10 am. Bring your 1-6 year old's for films, art and fun it's FREE

Starlight Debonaires Couple Dance 7:30 to 10:30 at the Elks Club. Admission is $20 dollars per couple.

"American Girl Truly Talented Workshop"  Begins at Barnes and Noble at 11 am. The event is for kids 8-12 its FREE but registration is required 885-0026


Gala of the Royal Horse 3 pm at JQH. Tickets are $25-55 dollars  836-7678
