Weekend Update for Jan 10-12

Alrighty, here is your line up for fun for this weekend.  The great news is that the kids can be outside!  Yes I said OUTSIDE!  Warmer temps and sunshine is in the forecast for the next 6-7 days! Can I hear a Woop Woop??????  {{hugs}} Summa


Boat Sport and travel Show 19am to 6pm on Friday and Saturday then Sunday the hours are 11 am to 4pm at the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds

Owl Prowl and evening Stroll at the Nature Center 6-8 pm tonight!  All ages are welcome its free but registration is required. Don't Forget your flashlight!!


Auditions for "A Place Called Eden" begins at 10 am at the Stained Glass Theater in Ozark!  Info?

DIVA Dash 5k  and  "The little Prince Run"  is open for ages 8 years of ages and younger. The run begins at 9am at the Park Central Square. Need info go to

"Game It" at the Midtown Carnegie branch Library is fun for the kids in grades 6-12. It's FREE and starts at THREE.

Winter Outdoor Safety and preparedness begins at 7pm  at the Watershed Center at Valley Water Mill Park. Prepare for being stranded in your car or home in a winter-storm. Learn what to do if lost in a remote location or if you fall into cold water. Registration is required call833-8647. FREE need info


Metropolitan Bridal Expo is 11 am to 4pm at the Springfield Expo Center. Admission is 5 dollars at 635 St. Louis Street. Perfect for that bride to be!!
