Emergency Cold Weather kit

Frigid temps have you thinking of safety, especially when traveling. Are you prepared? Are you ready? Prepare for the worse but hope for the best.  Here is a list of some very important items you should have in a bin in the trunk or in the back seat.

1. Blankets

2. Kitty Litter to give you traction if you are stuck

3. A small Shovel

4. Batteries and a flashlight

5. Bottled Water

6. Protein Bars

7. Need Help sign

8. De-icer

9. Phone charger

10. Winter boots and extra gloves

This wont guarantee of your survival but these items may keep you alive if you are stuck in deep snow or in a ditch.

Drive slow, keep on your headlights  and pay attention.
