It's the third day of the new year, and I still haven't broken my goals for 2014. How are you doing with your resolutions? I hear it takes 21 days to make or break a habit. I am trying.
What are my goals for this year?
1. Stretch enough to do the splits
2. Don't cuss
3. Give back to some personal choice charities
4. Run 3 5K's
5. Be more kind and helpful
6. Do the best I can while having patience
7. Help others.
What have I accomplished so far on my goals?
So far I have stretched everyday until it hurts, as I relearn the splits.
I say a lot of weird stuff instead of cussing.(I didn't realize I cussed so much!)
I have volunteered for some charities.
I am building up my running,
I have only lost my patience once so far, and I haven't even yelled at anyone.
