Oh, this time of year just makes me happy. One of the traditions that we actually have in our household is to visit the Steam -O-Rama in Republic. If you, have never seen a steam powered tractor well, here is your chance!!!
Coming up this weekend its the Ozarks Steam Engines Associations "Steam-O-Rama" starts on Thursday and runs thru Sunday at the Republic Showgrounds just off U.S. Highway 60!
This is a cool family event- my family does it every year. It really appeals to all ages. There literally is something for everyone. A cool little tractor pull for the kiddos, a flea market, and the guys can enjoy the rock-crushing, shingle-sawing and molasses-making all involving steam engines. Check out the picture- and don't forget to bring your own camera!
