My Public Service to Music Lovers

No, I'm not going to sing for you, but there is a good chance I'm about to do you a favor...

A couple weeks ago, we had Chase Rice at Midnight Rodeo as part of the 'KTTS Catch a Rising Star' concert series. Well, the guy who opened for him that night (and several nights during his tour) was named Sam Hunt. I had heard of this guy, just because my friend, who lives in Nashville, told me about him. She also played me some of his music while I was in Nashville over the summer. It took me awhile to put it all together, though.

Anyway, after seeing him live, I was sold. I did some 'YouTubing' and searching online about him. I'm just waiting for him to take off. Well, this is my favor to you. If you haven't heard of him, look him up. He wrote Kenny Chesney's "Come Over", Keith Urban's "Cop Car" & Billy Currington's "We Are Tonight" (which is Billy's next single).

To go along with his his great song writing, he also has a killer voice. His current single is called "Raised On It". I liked it so much, I convinced Curly to let us play it on our last week of New @ 9. Don't take my word for it, just listen below. And as of now, you can still download his music for free here! Enjoy... I know I did.
