This is one of my favorite times of the year. My allergies try to bring me down, but that won't stop me from getting excited about the 2013 NCAA Basketball Tournament. My bracket is perfect.... As of now, anyway. Come Thursday or Friday, that may be a different story. Regardless, it's still fun to try to predict the winners of the games. Here's my bracket:
