The week is finally here. The week that I hope to get through healthy. The week that I've been training for for 5 months (but mainly the last couple of weeks). I'll seriously be lucky if I don't get hurt on Saturday.
Yes, it's the week that I'm competing in the Tough Mudder race. Which is just an 11 mile race with about 25 obstacles. Crazy, I know. I'll be heading to good ole Poplar Bluff, MO at 7am this Saturday for a fun filled day of stuff I have no business doing.
Why am I doing this?
Good question. I'm not really positive. I guess it's so I can say "I did Tough Mudder" after it's over. I'm not sure if that'll happen. I mean, I'm hoping to finish, but I think I may be in over my head. It's ridiculous, but I've already paid my money and have been talking a big game about it, so I guess I gotta go through with it.
