Day 21- We've established that the beard has been keeping me warm. But, to get even warmer, I'm going to eat more than any human should starting today until the end of the week. It's Thanksgiving week and we have to take advantage of it. So, for the next few days, I will be doing nothing besides eating and growing facial hair.
I'm still asking you to help me support St. Jude Children's Research Hospital during "No Shave November" by donating as little as 10 bucks. It all adds up and anything you can donate would be awesome and greatly appreciated.
Fact of the Day: The Chili’s Care Center, opened in November 2007, integrates patient care and research where rapidly evolving CT (computerized tomography) and MR (magnetic resonance) technologies keep St. Jude at the cutting edge for radiation therapy in a pediatric/adolescent setting. Additionally, a state-of-the-art cyclotron enables St. Jude researchers to undertake many important new PET (positron emission tomography) studies. These imaging techniques facilitate the rapid evaluation of new therapeutic approaches and help choose those most likely to be successful.
